About the Team

Mission Hospital, a member of Mission Health and an operating division of HCA Healthcare, serves as the regional tertiary and quaternary care center in Western North Carolina. As the region's only trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, and Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, the hospital is home to the only children's hospital in the area. The facility is licensed for 853 beds and holds the prestigious Magnet® designation for nursing excellence.

The NICU Unit is a 51-bed facility that hosts approximately 900 admissions annually. About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Mission Hospital, you will join a team dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality care in a resource-rich environment. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care. You will implement medically prescribed interventions and lead the delivery of care within the specialized context of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
