The NICU Unit is a 51-bed facility that serves as the region's only Mission-only Level III Neonatal ICU, hosting approximately 900 admissions annually. The team is dedicated to providing safe, high-quality care, supported by robust supply chains, advanced technology for patient monitoring, and ongoing clinical education to ensure nurses have the tools they need to succeed.
As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, you will provide leadership to facilitate the delivery of professional nursing care focused on the comfort and well-being of patients. Your day will involve utilizing the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families. You will implement medically prescribed interventions while working in an environment designed to streamline efficiency and support your professional growth.
