The Visitor Services Ambassador is responsible for managing front-line operations, including ticketing, crowd control, and guiding visitors through exhibits while sharing historical facts about the museum's artifacts. Key duties involve engaging guests with personalized information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
