About the Role

This position serves as a frontline representative for our organization, delivering essential Direct Load Control (DLC) device services to residential markets. The role is designed to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant installation, removal, modification, inspection, and maintenance of these devices. You will be the face of our company at customer sites, combining technical expertise with a commitment to courtesy and professionalism.

The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring a versatile technician who can navigate basic HVAC systems, electrical components, and mechanical principles. Beyond technical execution, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our warehouse and fleet vehicles, ensuring safety standards are met for every job site. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team atmosphere focused on continuous improvement, with occasional weekend travel and participation in an on-call rotation to accommodate customer needs.
