
The Director of Farmer Training & Partnerships is a leadership role within the Program team at Wolfe's Neck Center, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing regenerative agriculture and farmer viability. This position oversees the organization's Farmer Training & Partnerships program area, managing the Dairy Grazing Apprenticeship, regional grazing networks, and new cohort learning models. Key responsibilities include supervising program staff, developing educational curricula for dairy and livestock operations, managing program budgets and grant reporting, and representing the organization at industry conferences and policy meetings. The role offers the appeal of driving meaningful environmental and economic impact in the agricultural sector while fostering a collaborative culture. The position is structured as a hybrid arrangement, requiring two to three days per week on the coastal campus in Freeport, Maine, with flexibility for remote work.
