About the Role
The Finance Manager serves as a key business partner supporting financial performance across a dynamic, multi-site manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where your work will directly influence financial performance, margin optimization, and strategic decision-making across the organization.
You will act as a strategic liaison between Finance, Operations, Sales, and Product Development, delivering actionable insights through detailed financial modeling, variance analysis, and KPI development. This position is ideal for a finance professional who thrives on translating data into actionable insights and enjoys partnering cross-functionally to drive business results. You will play a critical role in improving margin performance, enhancing cost visibility, and supporting scalable growth in a fast-paced environment.
Work Location & Schedule
This role is located at our Waco, TX facility but includes remote work flexibility. The hybrid work schedule accommodates locations in Waco, TX; Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Temple, TX. Please note that no relocation assistance is provided.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts across business units
- check_circleDevelop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning
- check_circleAnalyze financial performance with emphasis on sales, margin, and product-level profitability
- check_circleDevelop and maintain standard costing processes including annual cost rollups
- check_circlePartner with Operations to analyze manufacturing costs for labor, materials, and overhead
- check_circleIdentify key performance drivers and communicate findings to senior leadership
- check_circleDevelop and monitor KPIs and operational metrics aligned to financial targets
- check_circlePrepare and present monthly financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
- check_circleSupport audits, compliance, and internal controls as needed
- check_circleCollaborate with SAP/IT teams to ensure accuracy of cost structures, BOMs, and routings
- check_circleDrive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
- check_circlePerform monthly variance analysis comparing actuals to budget, forecast, and prior periods
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- verified6+ years of progressive finance experience
- verifiedStrong expertise in cost accounting and standard costing methodologies
- verifiedProven experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and performance analysis
- verifiedAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- verifiedExperience with ERP systems (SAP ECC or S/4HANA preferred)
Nice to Have
Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment. Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau or similar). Exposure to product costing, profitability analysis, and operational finance.
