About the Role
The Senior Cost Analyst serves as a critical partner to plant operations, supply chain, and finance leadership, ensuring accurate, consistent product costing and actionable financial insights across multiple manufacturing sites. In this complex, multi-plant environment, you will drive cost transparency, operational efficiency, and margin improvement. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions regarding make/buy analyses, inter-plant sourcing, and footprint optimization.
You will act as the primary finance liaison for assigned plants while supporting enterprise-wide manufacturing initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical accounting expertise and the ability to communicate financial results clearly to non-finance leadership, including plant managers and executive teams. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior analysts and review the work of plant-level finance staff.
