F2 Finance is bringing Fashion & Fitness to all customers in the comfort of their homes. We are on a mission to create the future of fashion. Our team develops finance professionals through shared team goals, mentor connections, and a focus on work-life harmony. We look to build on each other's work to enable more efficiency in routine tasks, freeing up time for value-add business partnership, such as identifying the right negotiation points or cost-out opportunities.

Our culture is goal-oriented, collaborative, and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment.
As a GL Controller, you will act as the CFO for your business, owning the Profit and Loss Statement across both 1P and 3P businesses. This role exists to unlock key financial and business insights and set strategic direction through data analysis and clear articulation of what really matters.
You will have the freedom to think big and create new processes and mechanisms to drive both top and bottom-line growth. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who can influence business decisions and is not fazed by ambiguity or competing priorities. You will partner with leadership teams, vendor managers, marketing, and business development leaders to share financial insights and influence strategy.
Your day begins by reviewing FLASH reports on key business metrics. Controllership is a must, and your mornings are dedicated to understanding key business metrics and trends. You will work directly with experienced Amazon leaders, providing financial controllership and deep-diving into ad hoc questions to understand business drivers. Most importantly, you will drive business outcomes, identifying ways to inform central teams on how to improve NAS-wide mechanisms and identifying quantifiable Free Cash Flow wins for the business.
