Senior Director of GMS FP&A & Capital Management

About the Role

The Senior Director for FP&A serves as a strategic finance partner within the Global Manufacturing and Supply (GMS) organization. Reporting directly to the SVP of Finance GMS, this leadership role is responsible for driving the global financial planning calendar, setting monthly deliverable expectations, and providing critical insights for the Plant Network Strategy and Zoetis Capital spend.

You will act as the primary finance business partner to the SVP, bridging the gap between financial rigor and operational execution. This position requires a leader who can challenge assumptions, provide decision support, and ensure financial discipline across all Zoetis manufacturing sites and supply functions. The role involves leading a team of six, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while overseeing the end-to-end financial planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Day in the Life

Your work will center on transforming financial data into actionable strategy. You will oversee executive summaries of monthly financials, ensuring leadership receives clear takeaways on business performance. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to the annual budget process, standard cost memo management, and capital review, where you will collaborate with senior leadership to optimize the manufacturing network footprint through ROI analysis.

You will also lead FP&A transformation initiatives, leveraging technology such as AI and Power BI to enhance reporting and KPIs. As the single point of contact for GMS ZTD projects and Plant Network Strategy, you will communicate financial results, including year-over-year analysis and projections, to HQ leadership. This role demands the ability to work flexibly with global teams across multiple time zones, primarily in Europe, and to navigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
