About the Role

The Accounts Receivable Manager is the steward of financial integrity within our highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role exists to ensure accurate customer billing, timely collections, and effective cash-flow management while navigating the complexities of a fast-paced, growing therapeutics organization.

You will partner closely with Finance, Customer Solutions, Government Pricing, and Reporting teams to support revenue integrity and minimize financial risk. Day-to-day, you will galvanize a team around a culture of care, putting patients first to spark change. Your work ensures that our billing aligns with pricing agreements, government contracts, and specialty pharmacy arrangements, while you lead the resolution of complex deductions and disputes. This is an opportunity to implement scalable processes and drive continuous improvement in a setting where accuracy and accountability are paramount.
