About the Role
As the Director of Human Resources, you will partner closely with lodge leadership to drive the strategy and execution of policies that define our culture. This role exists to ensure the HR function operates flawlessly, bridging the gap between enterprise goals and local lodge needs. You will serve as a strategic advisor, guiding management on performance, employee relations, and workforce planning while maintaining a deep commitment to regulatory compliance and legal risk mitigation.
In this position, you will lead the lodge HR team, setting goals and providing coaching to build a high-performing unit. Your day-to-day involves analyzing trends to develop solutions, resolving complex employee relations issues, and driving enterprise-wide programs in talent acquisition, development, and succession planning. You will also play a key role in supporting international employees and managing benefits programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations

- check_circleProvide leadership and management to the lodge HR team including goal setting and coaching

- check_circleEnsure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks in employee management

Requirements
- verifiedAssociates Degree in Human Resources, Business or related or equivalent experience
- verifiedMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience as HR Business Partner
- verifiedDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS
- verifiedSuccessful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
Nice to Have
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. Previous experience in the hotel, resort, or theme park industry. Human Resources certification or other specialized training. Experience utilizing HR Technology.
