Lukos has been delivering professional services to the Federal Government for 15 years, supporting a variety of agencies in national security, homeland security, international development, training, analytics, and healthcare. Our name, derived from the ancient Greek word for "wolf," reflects our approach to national security. Like a wolf, we embody cunning, aggression, patience, and teamwork. While an individual wolf is smart, strong, and resilient, our true strength lies in our ability to work together as a pack. We take care of our pack by offering full-time employees competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, and Federal holidays.
This position serves as an International Special Operations Forces (SOF) Integration and Assessment Subject Matter Expert (SME). The primary objective is to support the J3-I mission by accelerating collaboration and interoperability between international Special Operations partners. The role is designed to help the organization deter competition, respond effectively to crises, and prevail in conflict scenarios.
As an SME, you will act as a strategic partner in drafting, staffing, and coordinating plans, roadmaps, and Memorandums of Agreement (MOA/MOU) in alignment with USSOCOM partnership plans and Commander's guidance. You will manage the lifecycle of international negotiations, tracking staffing actions for Foreign Liaison and Exchange Officer presences and preparing engagement plans to ensure key talking points are integrated into Key Leader Engagements. Additionally, you will maintain country plans that outline operations, activities, and investments for partner nations, ensuring alignment with TSOCs and headquarters priorities through regular liaison and quarterly updates.
Please note that this position is contingent upon the award of a contract. Updates regarding the contract status and next steps in the hiring process will be provided to candidates as they become available.
