About the Role

This role serves as a key administrative support for the legal and executive departments. The position requires a proactive administrative professional capable of overseeing reporting cycles, managing corporate entity standing, and acting as the primary administrative point of contact for investors and shareholders. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses demonstrated research and organizational skills, and has a commitment to getting the job done right.

Compensation & Culture

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000. Our benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and AD&D insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match, both available after 30 days. Employees enjoy 22 days of PTO, 2 days of VTO, and 9 paid holidays per year. We offer a hybrid work schedule with year-round Flex Fridays and provide a catered vegetarian lunch in the office Monday through Friday in a casual office environment.
