The Sr. Specialist, GPO Operations Analytics is a pivotal role designed to support the Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Solutions by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of sales and administrative fee reporting. You will serve as the operational backbone for GPO contracts, interpreting contract exhibits to build robust reporting tools in Excel and Google Looker.
In this position, you will analyze, reconcile, process, and troubleshoot data supplied by assigned Pharma Business Partners. The role requires a high degree of autonomy and initiative, as you will manage all reporting submissions in strict adherence to agreement terms. You will also act as a liaison, gathering dispute information and communicating directly with business partners to resolve issues effectively. While you will learn specialized tools like SAP and Looker, your core impact will be delivered through advanced data manipulation and clear communication.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere within the United States. To ensure seamless collaboration with the team, you must be available to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
