You will be responsible for the full spectrum of student recruitment, from the initial inquiry to final enrollment. Your mission is to help individuals determine if Strayer meets their educational needs by providing clear information on program offerings, financial options, and academic prerequisites.
You will partner with various university functions to ensure a seamless experience, walking candidates through the entire application process and ensuring all admissions files are complete. This role requires a balance of high-energy engagement and strict adherence to compliance standards, ensuring that every interaction upholds the University's policies and federal regulations while helping students achieve their future goals.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMake outbound calls and respond to prospective student inquiries
- check_circleAssist students with the application process and review admission qualifications
- check_circleEnroll new students and ensure prerequisites and transcripts are satisfied
- check_circleEnsure admissions files are complete and assist with initial registration
- check_circlePartner with departments to finalize the enrollment process
- check_circleAdhere to university policies and federal recruitment regulations
- check_circleEducate students on program benefits and recommend appropriate courses of study
- check_circleInterview prospective students to assess educational background and goals
- check_circleSet phone interview appointments with potential students
Requirements
- verified2-5 years customer service and/or sales experience
- verifiedBachelor's degree or equivalent
- verifiedStrong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- verifiedExcellent oral and written communication skills
