
This role is part of the two-year Banker Development Program within Wells Fargo Commercial Banking Middle Market Group, designed to cultivate the next generation of bankers. Participants work alongside senior relationship managers to develop sales skills and credit acumen through a blend of formal training and hands-on experience. Key responsibilities include managing low to moderately complex client relationships, analyzing financial statements to structure loans and solutions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute transactions. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with four days in the office and one day remote, along with opportunities for professional growth in relationship management or credit leadership.
