Lexington Pediatrics operates within this supportive ecosystem, offering a collegial environment with low turnover. Our team leverages an established EPIC EMR infrastructure, enhanced by AI-enabled tools to reduce administrative burdens and support clinical decision-making. We provide 24/7 live EPIC support from our on-site team and offer remote and in-person interpreter services to ensure accessible care for all patients.
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to join our network. This position treats pediatric patients from newborn to 21 years of age. You will join a group with an established community reputation, allowing you to rapidly build your patient panel in a supportive setting.
In this role, you will serve as a preceptor for Lexington Health Family Medicine Residents, contributing to the development of the next generation of physicians. The position includes a manageable call schedule with a 1:7 weekly rotation (Monday 7a–Friday 5p) and a 1:7 weekend rotation (Friday 5p–Monday 7a), which includes Saturday morning clinic and rounding in the Newborn Nursery on the Main Lexington Health Campus.
