About the Role
This position is dedicated to delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The role requires adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business's evolving needs. By modeling established customer experience practices and promoting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere for both internal and external customers.
