About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will provide leadership to ensure your store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for a high-energy leader who thrives in a busy environment and is committed to building lasting relationships with our community. You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Assistant Store Manager in day-to-day operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will direct the activities of all team members, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
