About the Role

This entry-level sales position is designed to support our DIY business and help achieve our sales and service objectives. As a Salesperson, you will serve as the bridge between our inventory and our customers, ensuring a seamless experience for both in-store visits and phone inquiries. The role requires a blend of retail sales skills and foundational automotive knowledge, including familiarity with store systems, basic automotive parts, and maintenance processes.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent selling experiences while achieving personal and store-wide sales goals. Beyond sales, the role involves hands-on DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installs. You will also play a key part in maintaining store standards through inventory management, including truck put-aways, cycle counts, and backstock organization. Whether working part-time or full-time, you will be essential to keeping our store running smoothly and safely.

Application Instructions

Candidates with 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a retail environment are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish being a plus. Familiarity with inventory systems, POS, and parts lookup tools is beneficial. A Fleet safety certification is preferred.
