The Life Engagement Specialist plays an invaluable role in the Still Hopes family, having a significant impact on the lives of residents and the overall culture of the community. This position is dedicated to developing, planning, and implementing a variety of engaging activities and events that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being for our seniors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with older adults and a commitment to creating an environment that fosters dignity, respect, and enjoyment for all.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign and organize daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules tailored to residents' interests and abilities
- check_circleLead one-on-one engagements including memory stimulation, storytelling, and personal hobbies
- check_circleCreate opportunities for residents to engage socially with peers, family members, and the broader community
- check_circlePlan and execute special events, celebrations, outings, and holiday programs
- check_circleAssess residents' participation and adjust activities to meet individual and group needs
- check_circleCollaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and family members to ensure activities meet resident needs
- check_circleMaintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and individual resident preferences

Requirements
