NFP, an Aon company, is a multiple Best Places to Work award winner in Business Insurance. We are an organization of consultative advisors and problem solvers dedicated to helping companies and individuals around the globe address their most significant risk, workforce, wealth management, and retirement challenges through custom solutions and a people-first approach.
Our Summer Internship program is a paid, multi-disciplinary experience designed to complement your classroom training and career goals. Running for eight to ten weeks from May 28, 2026, to August 7, 2026, the program introduces talented students to the many facets of a growing insurance brokerage and the industry as a whole.
Interns will gain close access to company leaders while acquiring knowledge of a variety of service and specialty practice areas. This unique opportunity offers a rotation across three distinct insurance product segments: employee benefits, retirement, and wealth management. You will work side-by-side with NFP professionals to experience the unfiltered role of an insurance broker, producer, and account manager. Beyond technical exposure, the program includes a wide range of in-person or virtual networking and social opportunities within the NFP community. Throughout the summer, you will work towards a final project that draws on your experiences across the three product segments, culminating in a presentation to NFP Leadership.
This position serves as a shared resource between NFP's FP&A and Operations Group and will report to the Vice President of FP&A. It is designed to provide a deep dive into financial operations within a dynamic, people-first culture.
Our "People First" culture focuses on building and nurturing lifelong relationships with our employees. At NFP, we exist to be there for others, fostering an environment where professional growth and personal connection go hand in hand.
