Based in Louisville, KY, this onsite role is designed to drive investment planning and value realization. You will take the lead in crafting investment requests with robust ROI analysis, tracking project outcomes, and delivering frequent updates to leadership. The position focuses on evolving how the organization forecasts future trends, manages budgets, and validates the financial performance of its initiatives.
Day in the Life
Your work will center on the accuracy and clarity of financial storytelling. You will review monthly financial statements, summarize actual-to-budget variances, and develop the models that support the annual budgeting process. Beyond standard reporting, you will collaborate across departments and with field staff to provide high-level analysis that guides operational strategy. A key component of the role involves training operational personnel on systems and accounting principles, ensuring the broader team understands the financial data they interact with daily.
