The Commercial Relationship Manager (CRM) serves as a trusted advisor to clients, contributing to portfolio growth and credit quality while managing business checking, deposit, and lending relationships. Depending on experience and level, this role may support commercial lending activities, independently manage a portfolio, or lead more complex commercial transactions.
You will be responsible for soliciting, negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of equipment, commercial real estate, and business loans in compliance with the Bank's lending policies. This position involves developing new leads through networking and client meetings, analyzing financial conditions and risks, and presenting financing requests to Senior Management or the Loan Committee. You will also coordinate the processing of approved loans, negotiate terms, and ensure all credit inquiries and collateral positioning meet Bank standards.
In addition to base compensation, this role offers the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives through participation in multiple incentive plans. You will represent the Bank in various community, civic, and community reinvestment functions to enhance the Bank's image and develop additional business.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to embody the TRAC values and demonstrate a commitment to EEO policies, fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace. The position requires a current driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage, with travel up to 75% including frequent trips to client locations, sales presentations, industry conferences, and training sessions.
