
This full-time Mental Health Associate role serves as a mobile crisis responder within Lane County Behavioral Health's new Mobile Crisis Service. Working in two-person teams, the position involves conducting phone, office, and community-based crisis assessments, interventions, and safety planning for individuals in behavioral health emergencies across rural and metro areas. Key responsibilities include providing follow-up referrals, case management support, and utilizing standardized tools under clinical oversight.
