About the Role
Are you a people person who loves helping others? U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the face of U-Haul, ensuring customers receive exceptional support throughout their journeys. You will work as part of a supportive team to inspect and maintain equipment, assist customers with products and services, and utilize up-to-date technology to dispatch and return rentals.
This position offers on-the-job education, allowing you to grow your skills while contributing to our mission. You will participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University and gain certifications for specific tasks such as filling propane and operating a forklift.

Work Environment
The work environment involves moderate risks requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, or chemicals. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear, including masks, goggles, gloves, or shields. The role requires physical exertion, including long periods of standing, moving around indoors and outdoors, reaching objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
