Customer Service Representative

About the Role

U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to serve as the face of our company's exceptional service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a supportive team to ensure customers receive all the help they need on their journeys. Your day will involve inspecting and maintaining equipment, assisting customers both inside and outside the center, and using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return rentals. This position offers on-the-job education, allowing you to grow your skills while helping others.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you will schedule two hands-on working interviews. You will be paid for each interview session. Successful candidates will then participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University to master equipment inspection, propane filling, and forklift operation.
