About the Role
Are you a people person who loves helping others? U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the face of U-Haul, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their journeys. You will work as part of a supportive team to inspect and maintain equipment, assist customers with products and services, and utilize up-to-date technology to dispatch and return rentals.
This position offers on-the-job education, allowing you to grow your skills while contributing to our mission. You will be responsible for moving and hooking up trucks and trailers, cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, and answering customer questions. The role is dynamic, involving both indoor and outdoor work, and provides a hands-on environment where you can make an immediate impact.
