Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Are you a people person who loves helping others? U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to serve as the face of our company's exceptional service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a supportive team to ensure customers receive all the help they need on their journeys. Your day will involve inspecting and maintaining equipment, assisting customers both inside and outside the center, and using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return rentals.

This position offers on-the-job education, including certification opportunities for filling propane and operating a forklift. You will participate in ongoing continuous learning through U-Haul University, ensuring you are always equipped with the latest skills.

Work Environment & Culture

The work environment involves moderate risks requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, or chemicals. Protective clothing or gear may be required. The role demands physical exertion, including moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs and positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights.
