FanDuel Group is the premier mobile gaming company in the United States and Canada, operating a portfolio of leading brands including America's #1 Sportsbook, FanDuel Casino, and FanDuel Racing. As a subsidiary of Flutter Entertainment, the world's largest sports betting and gaming operator, we are committed to delivering safe and engaging experiences across all 50 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Our Product Security team is dedicated to defining and delivering multi-year security initiatives. We set the direction for how engineers build securely by default at scale, identifying risk before it surfaces and shaping the technical and organizational capabilities needed to stay ahead. We are looking for a Staff Security Engineer to step into gaps, mentor the next generation of talent, and ensure security remains a first-class input into our engineering strategy.
As a Staff Security Engineer, you will define the multi-year vision for how Security engages with engineering, making secure design the path of least resistance across FanDuel. You will partner with leadership to navigate trade-offs and set the direction for AI/LLM security architecture, defining the controls and governance models that allow us to ship AI-powered products safely and at speed.
Your day-to-day involves building automation and tooling that shifts our efforts into scalable, repeatable systems. You will mentor other engineers, shape technical culture, and adapt your role to fill technical or organizational gaps as the program evolves. This role is designed for someone who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and is passionate about building the next generation of security leaders.
We are looking for teammates who align with our "One Team" principle. While specific interview steps are coordinated by our recruiting team, the process is designed to evaluate both technical depth and cultural fit. We encourage you to review our Total Rewards page to learn more about our benefits and culture before applying.
