This global group includes experienced consultants focused on preventing, detecting, responding to, and recovering from security threats. We serve a diverse client base across various industries, helping them realize their stated outcomes through cyber advisory, assessment, implementation, and managed solutions.
As a Cloud Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving cloud-native transformations, automation, and CI/CD enablement for RSM clients. You will not just be configuring servers; you will be architecting the business case for change, defining the roadmap, and guiding executive stakeholders through the operational realities of cloud adoption.
In this client-facing role, you will work directly with clients to advise, assess, implement, and operate their critical operations. You will be part of a cross-functional team including software engineers, architects, and cybersecurity professionals, accelerating digital transformation initiatives across industries. You will design and implement scalable DevOps pipelines, cloud infrastructure automation, and site reliability engineering (SRE) best practices to optimize application delivery and performance.

Bachelor's or graduate degree with 2-4 years of related work experience. Experience in Cloud Managed Service Development and Delivery. Experience with SIEM and SOC operations, including Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Purview. Experience performing technology assessments, gap analysis, audits, and providing recommendations. Knowledge of Cloud Security and Cloud FinOps approaches and tooling. Familiarity with cloud security frameworks, maturity models, and benchmarks (CSA CCM, NIST 800-53, CMMC, CIS). Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert, or Google Professional DevOps Engineer. Proficiency with AWS Security Center and popular security services (IAM, Key Vault, etc.). Cloud FinOps experience with tools like AWS Cost Explorer, CUR, Budgets, CUDOS, and Azure Cost Management. Knowledge of cloud security services (VPC, RDS, IAM, WAF, IDS/IPS, AS3, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Inspector, Config). Experience with logging and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, Splunk). Experience in GenAI infrastructure platform design and development. DevOps tooling experience such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or alternative CI/CD automation tools. Experience with CSP container registries and orchestration services (Kubernetes, Docker, ECR, ECS, EKS, Fargate, AKS, ACA, ACI, ACR) and container security leading practices. A minimum 3.0 GPA in technical coursework.
