DocGo is leading the proactive healthcare revolution with an innovative care delivery platform that includes mobile health services, population health, remote patient monitoring, and ambulance services. We disrupt the traditional four-wall healthcare system by providing high-quality, highly affordable care to patients where and when they need it.
Our proprietary, AI-powered technology, logistics network, and dedicated field staff of over 5,000 certified health professionals elevate the quality of patient care and drive efficiencies for municipalities, hospital networks, and health insurance providers. With Mobile Health, DocGo empowers the full promise and potential of telehealth by facilitating healthcare treatment in tandem with a remote physician, in the comfort of a patient's home or workplace. Together with our integrated Ambulnz medical transport services, we are bridging the gap between physical and virtual care.
As a Paramedic with Ambulnz, you will be a vital part of our field staff, delivering top-tier medical transport and emergency care. You will collaborate with fellow Paramedics, EMTs, and management to ensure the highest standard of patient care. This role requires flexibility, as emergency services operate on a 24-hour clock, and your schedule may vary to meet the needs of the community.
In this position, you will assume responsibility for the medical care of patients during transport, treating any medical condition with appropriate techniques and knowledge of all State and County protocols. You will operate and drive the ambulance in strict accordance with safety policies and laws, maintaining due regard for all applicable State and Regional Regulations. You will also take ownership of your space by maintaining rig cleanliness and stocking equipment, ensuring you are ready for any assignment.
We provide our team with Power Stretchers and top-of-the-line equipment to support your work. You will have the opportunity for continuous education at no cost, along with room for advancement within our growing organization. Whether working full-time or part-time, you will be part of a team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients across Philadelphia and King of Prussia.
Candidates must successfully complete a Physical Aptitude Test and obtain a command letter from a previous command doctor prior to orientation. We look for professionals who can demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills and a commitment to courteous, helpful, and professional conduct with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and the public.
