About the Role
The Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse is a Registered Nurse who works per diem with experience across multiple therapeutic areas. This role requires the ability to work independently while integrating seamlessly with the Nursing Solutions Group. With an interest in Science 37's decentralized model of care delivery, you will perform direct care delivery to participants and collaborate with brick-and-mortar sites when necessary for shared clinical trial implementation.
As a Mobile Research Nurse, you ensure the professional delivery of patient care in strict compliance with all federal and state regulations, Good Clinical Practice, and Standard Operating Procedures. This is a travel role that requires on-site visits to participants' homes. You will operate with minimal supervision, reporting to the Manager of the Nursing Solutions Group, and serve as a subject matter expert on all nursing processes.

Requirements
- verifiedBSN degree preferred
- verifiedActive RN licensure in home state required
- verifiedEligibility for Compact Licensure required
- verifiedMinimum 2+ years clinical/research experience preferred
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
- verifiedActive Driver's License required
- verifiedWeekday/night availability required
- verifiedAbility to obtain nursing license in multiple states
- verifiedAbility to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- verifiedAccess to a reliable vehicle
Nice to Have
BSN degree, Full Covid Vaccination, Minimum 2+ years clinical/research experience, Ability to obtain nursing license in multiple states.
