About the Role
We are hiring immediately for Roadside Assistance Technicians, Mobile Battery Technicians, and Tow Truck Technicians. This role is designed for individuals who want to make a tangible difference in the lives of our customers while building a career with a supportive organization. You will be the face of AAA on the road, communicating effectively with members to ensure their safety and keeping them informed throughout the service process.
Your day will involve providing lock-out services, fuel delivery, battery installations, and tire changes using established quality control procedures. For Tow Truck Operators, the role includes providing tow and recovery services. You will also be responsible for entering call information accurately into in-truck technology, processing payments, and conducting vehicle and equipment inspections to ensure safe operating conditions. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to support AAA by participating in special events, such as parades and media promotions, to help grow the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedMust be at least 21 years old
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedValid driver's license for state of residence
- verifiedAbility to pass physical examination
- verified3 years automotive/mechanical experience or 3 years sales/customer service preferred
- verifiedVirginia Towing License for Towing positions
- verifiedSatisfactory criminal, drug, and motor vehicle screening
Nice to Have
3 years of experience in an automotive/mechanical environment, technical school education, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales and/or customer service role.
