About the Role

AAA is seeking dependable and empathetic Full-Time Roadside Assistance Tow Technicians to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a Tow Technician, you will be the face of AAA on the road, providing critical support to members in all weather conditions—rain, shine, snow, or ice. Whether you are changing a flat tire, jumpstarting a battery, or towing a vehicle, your work ensures that our members are safe and back on the road when they need us most.

This role is more than just driving; it requires sound decision-making to ensure the safety of both the member and the vehicle. You will communicate effectively to keep members informed, handle cash and payments, and maintain accurate records using in-truck technology. Additionally, you will represent the AAA brand at special events, including parades and media appearances, showcasing our commitment to service.
