About the Role
As a Roadside Assistance Driver, you will be the face of AAA on the road. You will partner with our members during their most stressful moments, offering calm and efficient solutions to automotive emergencies. Your day will involve operating passenger vehicles and light-to-medium duty trucks to provide lock-out services, fuel delivery, battery jump starts, and tire changes. For specific roles, you may also perform tow and recovery services or sell and install car batteries.
Beyond the technical tasks, you will communicate effectively with members to ensure their safety and keep them informed throughout the service process. You will also manage in-truck technology to enter call information, process payments, and complete necessary reports. As a representative of the brand, you may occasionally support AAA by participating in special events, such as parades or media promotions.
