About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual ready to deliver on sales while providing exceptional customer service. As a Mobile Associate, you will join a fast-paced, high-energy environment where multi-tasking and attention to detail are key. This role serves as a learning position where new experts work closely with their team to proactively build skills and competencies, preparing for advancement to the next level as a Mobile Expert.

You will be responsible for greeting customers in a timely and positive manner, building confidence through interactive and engaging experiences. Your day will involve identifying customer needs, providing information on MetroPCS products and services, and managing the complete sales process—from creating account records to handling payments and transactions. You will also maintain store standards, monitor inventory, and ensure the visual appeal of the storefront.
