As a Big O Sales Advisor, you will serve as the face of MFA Petroleum Company, blending customer service excellence with automotive sales expertise. This role is designed to ensure customers receive accurate, timely support while navigating their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on necessary services and fostering long-term relationships through friendly, efficient interactions.
Your day-to-day involves managing the customer service area, handling inquiries and complaints with professionalism, and inspecting vehicles to identify maintenance opportunities. You will guide customers through the sales process, explaining the benefits of products and services while managing documentation for warranties and tire sales.
