About the Role
The Senior Endpoint Management Engineer serves as the highest escalation point for complex support issues, ensuring the reliable operation of the organization's endpoint and mobile architecture systems. This role is critical for maintaining business continuity by actively resolving intricate problems that could otherwise lead to work disruptions or production outages.
Beyond daily operations, this position drives the future direction of End User Support systems. You will research emerging technologies and develop strategic roadmaps to continuously improve IT capabilities, ensuring they align with evolving business needs. As a key advisor to management, you will analyze escalated incidents and trending patterns to recommend systemic enhancements that strengthen the overall IT support framework.
Day in the Life
Your work involves a blend of high-level strategy and hands-on technical execution. You will build and deliver application packages within Intune Endpoint Manager while managing the lifecycle of mobile devices, laptops, and Azure environments. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to mentoring and coaching support staff, creating training materials, and producing how-to video documentation to elevate the team's capabilities.
You will interact professionally with both internal and external customers, ensuring clear communication during critical incidents. Additionally, you will provide data-driven reporting on KPIs and trends to leadership, helping to shape a more effective framework for managing and improving customer IT support.
