About the Role
We are seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, customize, and support solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive business transformation and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- check_circleConfigure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements including entity creation, form design, and process automation
- check_circleIntegrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools
- check_circleCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- check_circleConduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing, and manage deployment of customizations and updates
- check_circleProvide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions including performance tuning
- check_circleCreate and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes
- check_circleEnsure solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- verified2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)

- verifiedExperience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools
- verifiedFamiliarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform

Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions). Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications. Experience with data migration and ETL processes. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Dynamics 365. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) within a federal agency environment.
