About the Role
This Systems Engineer position serves as a critical bridge between identity management, infrastructure stability, and automation. Based in Miami, FL, you will operate within a 6-month engagement supporting a client's technology landscape. The role is designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment where maintaining secure, efficient systems is paramount.
In this capacity, you will manage the day-to-day operations of identity and access infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity between Okta, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD. Your work will involve configuring user lifecycle policies, managing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) protocols, and automating routine administrative tasks through PowerShell or Python. You will also oversee endpoint management via Microsoft Intune, ensuring devices remain compliant and secure across the organization.
Beyond technical execution, this role requires clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be expected to troubleshoot complex networking and identity issues independently, leveraging your understanding of DNS, DHCP, and VPN fundamentals to maintain system integrity. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can translate technical challenges into actionable solutions while adhering to security frameworks like Zero Trust.

INSPYR Solutions is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: 3–5 years systems administration, identity management, or automation engineering; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience); Authorized to work in the US; Strong knowledge of Okta administration; Experience integrating Okta with Microsoft 365/Azure AD; and Proficiency in PowerShell; familiarity with Python or Bash.
