The Site Digital & Automation Lead serves as a strategic partner to the Site Leadership Team and a key figure within the PGS Network & Automation organization. This role is accountable for shaping, owning, and executing the site's integrated digital and automation portfolio, ensuring full alignment with site business priorities and network strategies. You will drive long-term value creation, investment prioritization, and portfolio governance across capital and expense initiatives.
In this position, you will lead and develop a team of digital and automation professionals, overseeing the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of critical systems. Your focus will be on driving operational efficiency while ensuring Quality/Safety compliance, cybersecurity, business continuity, and reliable system support. You will act as the primary advisor and contact for all digital and automation colleagues at the site, building strong relationships with PGS Enabling Teams and Digital Organizations.
