
This IT Systems Administrator Intern role supports Neuralink's Information Technology team, which manages the critical production environment for groundbreaking brain-computer interface research. The intern serves as a primary point of contact for end-user technical support across the Fremont campus, handling T1 and T2 helpdesk tickets, device troubleshooting, and user onboarding and offboarding. Key responsibilities include managing device imaging and configuration, resolving connectivity issues, maintaining hardware assets, and supporting conference room AV systems. The position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with full-time administrators on infrastructure projects while working in a mission-driven culture focused on restoring human function.
