You will support Relationship Managers in credit renewal and adjudication for files under $2 million in Total Single Name Exposure. This role is critical for maintaining portfolio quality by reviewing and establishing Borrower Risk Ratings and approving policy exceptions within Delegated Lending Authorities. Your work ensures credit structures effectively mitigate risk while delivering superior client service through a client-centric approach.
By fostering strong partnerships with CAM, Group Risk Management, and the Business Service Centre, you will optimize internal processes, reduce response times, and increase overall effectiveness. This position offers a unique opportunity to liberate capacity for Relationship Managers, allowing them to focus more on client-facing activities while you manage the credit renewal process proactively.
