As a Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for performing one or more workstations in accordance with our strict food safety and guest service standards. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and take pride in their work.
Your day will involve interacting directly with guests to ensure their orders are accurate, timely, and delicious. You will handle everything from taking orders and managing the drive-thru to preparing food on the grill and fryer, and maintaining a spotless restaurant interior and exterior. You will also play a key role in training new employees and fostering a fun, friendly, and safe atmosphere for your colleagues.

Attending High School or graduate of High School/GED/foreign equivalent. Work experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preparing and cooking food in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Customer service experience. Ability to speak another language based on location of restaurant.

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
