As a Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for the preparation and presentation of Auntie Anne's and/or Cinnabon products. This role is about more than just making food; it is about creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests are greeted with a smile and treated with courtesy. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with co-workers to ensure the store runs smoothly from opening to closing.
In this position, you will handle a variety of tasks that bring our products to life, from rolling and baking pretzels to preparing specialty Cinnabon items and refreshing drinks. You will be the first point of contact for guests, taking orders, suggesting upsells to enhance their experience, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and service. Whether you are operating the point-of-sale system, maintaining equipment, or ensuring the store meets all health and safety standards, your contribution is vital to our daily success.
