As a Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for the preparation and presentation of Auntie Anne's and/or Cinnabon products. This role is vital to ensuring our guests leave with a smile, whether they are enjoying a warm pretzel, a sweet Cinnabon, or a refreshing drink. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your friendly attitude and attention to detail directly impact the customer experience.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of food preparation, customer service, and store maintenance. From rolling and baking fresh pretzels to managing the point-of-sale system and maintaining a clean, safe workspace, you will play a key part in our daily operations. We value team members who are eager to learn, possess a positive can-do attitude, and take pride in upholding our high standards for hygiene and service.
