About the Role

Cinemark Team Members are the heart of our theatres, creating a welcoming environment for our Guests. You will be quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, special events, attractions, pricing, and promotions. Your mission is to ensure the highest quality in everything served and to answer guest questions with a heroic spirit.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally as an Usher, Box Office attendant, or Concessionist, adapting to staffing needs to keep the theatre running smoothly. Whether you are greeting guests with a smile, operating the POS system, or conducting theatre inspections to monitor presentation and safety, your efforts contribute to a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
