About the Role
As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant, responsible for training and leading a team to consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role exists to ensure that every guest leaves with great-tasting food, a smile, and a reason to return. You will be the standard-bearer for Jack in the Box procedures, systems, and standards, modeling the calm and productive energy required during our busiest moments.
Your day is a dynamic blend of leadership and hands-on service. You will coach team members on the "Guest Expectations" framework—ensuring they are well-trained, neat, friendly, and efficient. From managing the front-of-house flow to overseeing food safety and quality in the back-of-house, you will step in wherever needed, whether it's taking orders, managing the grill, or resolving a guest concern with a "Yes" attitude. You are the bridge between our brand promise and the reality of the dining room, creating an environment that is friendly, fun, clean, and safe.

Application Process
To join our team, candidates must have at least 6 consecutive months of Jack in the Box experience (with 100% workstation certification for internal promotions) or one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and complete the required Team Leader training classes. In certain states, ServSafe certification is also required.

Requirements
