This position serves as a key leadership figure within our Circle K store in Kissimmee, Florida, responsible for directly supervising a team of full-time employees, including Assistant Managers and Customer Service Representatives. The role exists to ensure the store operates efficiently, maintains high standards of customer service, and fosters a positive, safe environment for both staff and the surrounding community.
You will be the face of the store, managing daily operations from staffing and training to financial analysis and inventory control. Your day involves mentoring team members, resolving customer concerns, and driving sales performance while upholding the company's commitment to safety and service excellence. This is a dynamic role requiring open availability to meet the fluctuating needs of the business, including weekends and holidays.
